We do not allow parties at this property. If this is important to you please look elsewhere. This suite is in an apartment building and is thus subject to quiet hours starting (10 pm - 7 am) in accordance with Victoria's bylaws.

This property is NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 meters (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
