  • This suite is in an apartment building and is thus subject to quiet hours starting (10 pm - 7 am) in accordance with Victoria's bylaws.
  • This property is NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside (on building grounds), on balconies or even within 7 meters (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
  • We offer the highest-grade cleaning with health and safety in mind. We use a set of mandatory COVID-19 safety practices upon every check-in and check-out based on the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention guidance.

          ✓ Our cleaners wear masks & gloves and follow protocols to the full extent.

          ✓ We use extra sanitization to disinfect high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs & remotes. ✓
